摘要: |
目的 对网络旅游现象中的案例和协作服务设计特征进行研究, 挖掘其深层的设计意义和协作价值。方法 以案例分析法和对协作服务设计模型研究为基础, 界定面向网络旅游社群的协作服务特征, 进而总结对应特征的设计策略。结论 以旅游活动开展时间顺序为维度, 分别从协作关系、 协作交互和协作传达反馈3个要素, 总结出网络旅游协作服务特征和设计干预策略, 以及他们之间的对应关系, 为相似情境的设计案例提出有借鉴性的指导和情境参考。 |

Abstract: |
It analyzes the cases and collaborative service design characteristics in online tourism phenomenon,to find the deeper design meanings and collaborative value. Based on the case study and research for collaborative service design model,the collaborative service characteristics of online tourism community is defined. Taking the time order of tourism activities as the dimension, respectively from 3 elements which are collaborative relationship, collaborative interaction, and collaborative convey feedback,the collaborative service characteristics and design intervention strategy as well as their relationship are summarized to provide the useful reference and context guide to some similar design cases. |
