| 目的 分析 “共识” 意识在敏捷软件开发中的意义。方法 以设计与敏捷软件开发中的常见问题为基础， 从跨职能协作的角度、 以用户为中心的设计方法以及敏捷宣言中的四大原则进行分析研究， 探索 “共识” 意识为敏捷软件开发带来的积极影响。结论 提出团队必须在用户、 技术、 交付方式、 持续性以及商业价值5个方向达成共识。达成 “共识” 是设计开发团队高效协作的基础和提升用户体验的有效途径， 同时也能够很好地培养团队精神。 |

| Abstract: |
| The meaning of "consensus" in the sense of agile software development is analyzed. Based on the common problems in the design and agile software development， the angle of cross-functional collaboration，user-centered design method， and four principles of the agile manifesto are analyzed to explore the positive impact of "consensus" consciousness for agile software development. Through the analysis from the perspective of teamwork and agile development，the team must reach a consensus on the user，technology，delivery，sustainability and business value in five directions. Reaching a "consensus" is not only the basis for the design and development teams to collaborate efficiently and an effective way to enhance the user experience，but also a good way to train the teamwork. |
