促进青少年心理健康的色彩审美构建途径研究

摘要:
通过对国内外相关文献研究的梳理,肯定了色彩审美能有效促进青少年的心理健康。研究指出青春期色彩审美心理结构是一种由生理机制与心理机能、心理内容与心理形式、接受机制与创造功能等要素相互交织、相互作用、有机统一的多维的复合网络,分析了其构建途径包括萌芽阶段、巅峰阶段和效用阶段,最终通过心理转换、心理释放及情绪肯定而使青少年获得色彩审美愉悦,促进其心理健康发展。

Abstract:
It affirmed the color aesthetic could effectively promote adolescent mental health through the relevant literature research.It pointed out that the psychological structure of color aesthetic in adolescence was a multi-dimensional complex network between physiological mechanisms and psychological functioning,mental content and mental form,accepted mechanism and creation function,whose elements were interwoven,interacting organic unity. It analyzed in detail its construction pathway including infancy stage,pinnacle stage and utility stage,and ultimately through the conversion of psychological,mental release,and the mood which could make young people get color aesthetic pleasure,then promote psychological healthy development.
