目的 烟包用白卡纸的物理特性对其应用效果影响很大,不同白卡纸的物理性能差异较大,需要从微观角度进行分析,为烟用纸张的质量控制提供一定的理论依据。方法 采用纤维分析仪、造纸纤维测量仪及纸张性能检测设备分析烟包用白卡纸样品各层的纤维形态、种类及物理性能,从纤维特性的角度研究不同白卡纸物理特性的差异。结果 烟包用白卡纸针叶木化学浆的质量分数及芯层的纤维长度是其物理特性差异的主要原因之一,随着2个因素数值的增加,样品的物理强度有所提升。结论 研究烟包用白卡纸物理特性差异的微观原因,初步探讨其形成机制,为烟用纸张的质量控制及应用提供理论支持。 |

The physical properties of white cardboard for cigarette packaging have a great influence on its application effect, and the physical properties of different white cardboard are quite different, which needs to be analyzed from the microscopic point of view to provide a certain theoretical basis for the quality control of tobacco paper. Fiber analyzer, paper fiber measuring instrument and paper property testing equipment were used to analyze the fiber morphology, type and physical properties of each layer of white cardboard for cigarette packaging samples. The difference of physical properties of different white cardboard was studied from the aspect of fiber characteristics. The content of coniferous wood pulp in the white cardboard and the fiber length of the core layer were one of the main reasons for the difference of the physical properties. With the increase of the two factors, the physical strength of the sample increased. The microscopic reasons for the difference of physical properties of white cardboard for tobacco packaging are studied, and its formation mechanism is preliminarily discussed, providing a theoretical support for the quality control and application of tobacco paper. |
