| 摘要: |
| 目的 探索城市公共设施基于可持续理念的设计策略。方法 城市公共设施虽然是公益性质的存在，但更是一个长期的工程，需要在可持续的理念下进行更加长远而有效的设计开发。本文从城市公共设施在当前的城市建设和人们生活中的作用出发，结合当下设计开发中普遍存在的地域性不明显、功能不够完善、盲目追求外表和数量三大问题，总结实践经验和教训，并从社会性、文化性、公共性等方面探索可能的发展路径，从地域性文化、形式和功能、情感层面等细节展开分析，总结更加切合实际的设计路径和有效方法。结论 城市公共设施在设计过程中不能仅限于经济效益，还应从更加长远的角度和更加宽广的范围去尝试和思考，融入可持续发展理念，实现积极的发展态势，跟上时代的步伐。 |

| Abstract: |
| To explore the design strategy of urban public facilities based on the concept of sustainability. Although urban public facilities are public welfare, they are more of a long-term project, which needs to be designed and developed in a more long-term and effective way under the concept of sustainability. With a focus on the role of the urban public facilities in current urban construction and people’s life, while considering the three problems common in the current design and development including non-obvious identity of regions, imperfect function, and blind pursuit of facility appearance and quantity, this paper summarized the experience and lessons, and explored possible development path from the social, cultural, and public perspective. It summarized more practical and effective design method by carrying out analysis in terms of regional culture, form, emotion, etc. The conclusion is that the economic benefits should not be the only consideration in the design process of urban public facilities. The design process should develop a more long-term perspective and a broader scope of thinking, integrate the concept of sustainable development, achieve a positive development trend, and keep pace with the times. |
