| 摘要: |
| 目的 为应对城市化进程加快、人口骤增、人对健康出行体验要求愈高的现状，将服务设计理念和方法融入公交站台设施设计，以完善和扩展其功能属性，提高服务效率和品质，挖掘其文化属性，发挥更大的社会价值。方法 从生态化理念与本体层、行为层、价值层的服务设计特征入手，解构使用流程，厘清设计问题，提取设计痛点，对公交站台及其设施进行系统设计。结论 公交站台设计涉及站台识别与候乘过程的所有用户体验。设计注重满足乘客对便捷、安康、舒适、绿色、美好的不同需求，充分融入科技艺术与地域文化特征，实现公交智能调度，增加站台功效内涵，提升服务质量，体现正确价值观的硬服务与软服务十分必要，是造福民众、塑造城市形象、服务城乡发展、推进“美丽中国”建设中不能忽略的细节。 |

| In order to deal with the current situation of the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid increase of population and the higher demand for travel experience, the concept and method of service design are used to study on bus platforms and their facilities, so as to improve and expand their functional attributes, improve service efficiency and quality, tap their cultural attributes and play greater social value. Starting from the ecological concept and the service design features of ontology layer, behavior layer and value layer, we deconstruct the use process, clarify the design problems, extract the design pain points, and systematically design the bus platform and its facilities. Bus platform design involves all user experience of platform identification and waiting process. This design pays attention to the hard service and soft service, so that it can meet different needs of passengers for safety, health, comfort green and beauty, fully integrate the characteristics of science, technology, art and regional culture, realize the intelligent dispatching of public transportation, increase the efficacy connotation of public transportation platform, improve service quality, and embody correct value concept. These are details that cannot be ignored in benefiting people, shaping the image of cities, serving urban and rural development and promoting the construction of “beautiful China”. |
