| 摘要: |
| 目的 在国家提倡乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚成果相衔接的大背景下，为防止后扶贫时代“返贫”的发生，从精准扶贫的视角，探究设计扶贫的相关研究，寻求符合新型农村贫困区发展规律的设计扶贫创新服务建设机制。方法 归纳整理了现有的设计介入扶贫工作的相关研究成果，重点分析了相关政策措施、研究理论、实践案例等现状，展望了未来发展趋势。结论 通过研究设计如何介入农村贫困地区建设，实现了当地各资源的创造性转化创新，完善了新农村共建共治共享的乡村治理制度，提升了农村社区内在发展能力的方式，巩固了现有脱贫成果，为新农村建设及可持续发展提出了策略和建议，带来了新的研究方向。 |

| Under the background that the country promotes rural revitalization and poverty alleviation, from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation, the paper explores and designs relevant research on poverty alleviation to find a new type of rural poverty area Regularly design the construction mechanism of poverty alleviation and innovative services in order to prevent the occurrence of “return to poverty” in the post-poverty alleviation era. The paper summarizes the related research results of the existing design intervention in poverty alleviation work, analyzes the current situation of relevant policy measures, research theories, and practical cases, and looks forward to future development trends.By researching and designing how to intervene in the construction of rural poverty-stricken areas, this paper realizes the creative transformation and innovation of local resources, improves the rural governance system of co-construction, co-governance and sharing of new rural areas, and consolidates the existing poverty alleviation achievements by enhancing the inherent development capabilities of rural communities. This paper proposes strategies and suggestions for construction and sustainable development, thus bringing new research directions. |
