目的 解决产品设计过程中知识获取不完善及设计过程表征不能满足用户需求的问题。方法 针对设计过程,从知识获取、知识物化和特征验证等方面,剖析用户知识在设计过程情境中的行为逻辑,提出一种面向设计过程的情境建模方法。基于可拓基元概念,知识获取情境将用户信息转化为需求基元;知识物化情境将需求基元与设计思维进行融合,形成概念方案。结果 利用验证情境模型判断特征元素是否满足设计需求,从而使产品设计方案达到效能的最大化。结论 基于物流分拣设备设计过程的研究,对设计情境模型进行实例验证,其产品的特征得到了高效的表达,完善了产品设计的方案,验证了该方案的可行性。 |

Abstract: |
The work aims to solve the problem that incomplete knowledge acquisition and design process representation cannot meet the needs of users in the process of product design. From the aspects of knowledge acquisition, knowledge materialization and feature verification, the behavioral logic of user knowledge in the situation of design process for design process was analyzed, and a situational modeling method oriented to design process was proposed. Based on the concept of extension primitives, the knowledge acquisition situation transformed user information into the requirement primitives. Then, the requirement primitives and design thinking in the situation of knowledge materialization were integrated to form conceptual scheme. The verification context model was used to determine whether the feature elements met the design requirements, so as to maximize the efficiency of product design scheme. Based on the research of design process of the logistics sorting equipment, the design situation model is validated by examples, the characteristics of the products are efficiently expressed, the product design scheme is improved, and the feasibility of the scheme is verified. |
