| 摘要: |
| 目的 探究城市社区公共设施系统的设计方向及改进策略。方法 从实际出发，通过对城市社区公共设施服务现状进行分析，提出当下城市社区公共设施系统中存在的供给、布局和管理维护等方面的不足，并此为基点，分别探讨城市社区中老年人、儿童和残疾人3类需要特殊关照的人群自身特点及他们对社区公共设施的需求，提供相应的设计思路和设计方案，力求新颖、完善的社区公共设施能够真正发挥其自身的价值，更好地为城市居民提供服务。结论 在城市社区公共设施系统的设计过程中，应坚持以人为本的原则，照顾到各个层次的居住人群，为他们提供户外社交活动和健身活动的机会，在注重休闲娱乐的同时提升居民的精神愉悦度和认同感，促使他们更依恋和热爱城市生活。 |

| Abstract: |
| It aims to explore the direction of design and improvement strategy of community public facilities system in urban communities. Starting from a practical standpoint, the shortcomings of supply, layout and management and maintenance in the current urban community public facilities are put forward through an analysis of the status quo of public facilities and services in urban communities. And on this basis, characteristics of 3 types of people who need special attention like the elderly, the children and the disabled in urban communities and their need for community public facilities are explored to produce corresponding design ideas and design programs with maximum novelty. Impeccable community facilities can really give full play to its own value and provide urban residents with better services. In the process of designing community facilities in urban communities, we should adhere to the people-oriented principle, take care of the residents at all levels, provide them opportunities for outdoor social activities and fitness activities, enhance the residents' spiritual pleasure and sense of identity while focusing on leisure and entertainment, making them more attached and passionate to the urban life. |
