| 目标 探究典型园区工业遗产和家具设计、文创产业活动之间的关系，推动园区价值链升级。方法 在典型园区核心价值捕获和利用上，以园区稀缺、独有工业文化因子凝练工业遗存，重塑园区工业遗产价值；在典型园区的文化创意活动上，以园区“工业文化因子”整合跨领域文创企业和从业者，融入园区文创产业价值链，建立竞—合关系的文创活动符合关联体系，改善园区文创氛围；在家具设计上，以“三位一体”研究模式重构园区环境。结论 典型园区工业遗产的独有价值能够被凝练、转化和利用；凝练、转化后的工业元素、工业品牌能够引导园区的文创产业价值链与家具设计活动。 |

| It aims to explore the relationship between typical industrial heritage and furniture design, cultural and creative activities, and to promote the value chain upgrading. In the capture and use of the typical park core value, the industrial heritage value of the park is reconstructed with the rare industrial culture factors in the park and the condensed industrial remains; in a typical park cultural and creative activities, the park "industrial culture factor" is integrated with interdisciplinary cultural and creative enterprises and practitioners, into the park cultural and creative industry value chain to establish a related activities in accordance with the system of CO petition, and improve the park cultural and creative atmosphere; in the furniture design, the park environment is reconstructed with "three-in-one" model. The unique value of typical industrial heritage can be condensed, transformed and utilized. Concise and converted industrial elements and industrial brands can guide the cultural and creative industries, value chains and furniture design activities in the park. |
