以成都地区博物馆为案例考察对象,将用户体验设计的用户研究方法针对性应用于文博旅游研究。关注参观者和旅游者在参观游览全过程中的体验与感受,通过用户访谈法和角色体验法的结合,发现与挖掘用户的显性与潜在的参观需求点,提升当前文博旅游的游览体验感和满意度。 |

Taking the museums in Chengdu as object, it made user research method applied in User Experience Design (UXD) field for the Relic and Museum Tourism research. Focus on the experience and feeling of users including visitor and traveler, it discovered and dug out the obvious and potential tourism demands to promote tourism experience and satisfaction of relic and museum tourism. |
