| 总结了家具用轻质蜂窝板件的主要类别和优缺点，系统分析有框蜂窝板、无框蜂窝板、半框蜂窝结构特点与工艺技术要求，总结并定义框架的安装方式分为:横向装配与竖向装配。解析无框蜂窝板进行工业化应用的关键是封边技术和可拆装连接技术，总结并提出无框蜂窝板家具五金件嵌入螺母与基材的连接方式有：表板嵌入式、空腔填充式、空腔贯通胶合式、整体贯通式，从而为轻质家具新产品开发提供技术指导。 |

| Abstract: |
| The classification and character of honey-comb board for furniture product was analyzed, then structure and process requirement of board on-frame, frameless honey-comb, semi board on-frame was illustrated according to different usage situation, and construction of board frame can be classified to two types: horizontal assemble method and verticle assemble method. It also demostrated that the key factors of industrilization of frameless honey-comb board are edgebanding technique and demountable connection system. Finally, it concluded the connection type between insert nut and basic board used for frameless honey-comb furniture are suspension type, filling inside type, inside gluing type and hole through connection type, which provided the technique for furniture product development. |
