目的 准确评价烟包光柱全息印刷品的颜色质量。方法 搜集11种56对色差值ΔE*ab分布在0.14~4.22的样本,组织24名印刷企业质检人员开展目视色差的比较实验,用标准化残差平方和Stress指数检验CIELAB和CIEDE2000的计算色差与人眼目视色差的一致性。结果 原始CIELAB和CIEDE2000色差公式的计算性能差异不大,分别对色差公式的明度因子(kL)、色调因子(kH)和饱和度因子(kC)进行加权优化,结果表明,色调因子(kH)的加权优化表现最优,较原始色差公式有显著改善。结论 以色差公式计算结果与目视概率结果的一致性最大化为优化指标,建立基于CIELAB和CIEDE2000的色差阈值,计算得到的一致性可达96.4%,能够有效提高烟包光柱全息印刷品颜色质量评价的准确性,提升企业的检测精度。 |

The work aims to accurately evaluate the color quality of holographic prints of light pillars in cigarette packets. 11 kinds of samples with 56 pairs of ΔEab color difference ranging from 0.14 to 4.22 were collected, and 24 quality inspectors of printing enterprises were organized to carry out a comparative experiment on visual color difference. The consistency between the calculated color difference of CIELAB and CIEDE2000 and the visual color difference of human eyes was tested by standardized residual square and Stress index. The calculation performance of the original CIELAB and CIEDE2000 color difference formula was not much different. The weight optimization of brightness factor (kL), hue factor (kH) and saturation factor (kC) in the color difference formula was carried out respectively. The results showed that the weight optimization performance of hue factor (kH) was the best, which was significantly improved compared with the original color difference formula. Based on CIELAB and CIEDE2000, the maximum consistency of color difference formula calculation results and visual probability results was established as the optimization index. The calculated consistency can reach 96.4%, which can effectively improve the accuracy of color quality evaluation of cigarette light pillar holographic prints and improve the detection accuracy of enterprises. |
