基于可供性的厨电产品体验设计评估研究

摘要:
目的 为了提升用户对产品的满意度和企业在方案评估阶段进行合理决策的效率,将可供性引入现有厨房电器的体验分析阶段,定量评价厨电产品的体验可供性,提供一种基于模糊Kano模型和综合赋权法的产品体验设计方案评估方法。方法 首先,通过入户调研等研究方法获得用户使用厨房电器时的体验接触点,并借助功能可供性、感官可供性、物理可供性、认知可供性、情感可供性5种分类,归纳提取体验设计要素;其次,借助模糊Kano模型量化处理、筛选提取设计要素的评价指标,并运用AHP(层次分析法)求解各设计指标的主观权重,用熵权法求解客观权重,再基于最小鉴别信息原理计算组合权重,得出厨房电器体验可供性的评价指标体系。结果 选择两款料理机产品进行用户测试与体验评估,验证了评估方法的质量可控性。结论 构建了一种基于可供性的产品体验设计评价方法,并验证了方法的有效性与可行性,为同类产品设计方案的体验评估与优化提供了有益参考。

Evaluation of Experience Design for Kitchen Appliance from the Perspective of Affordance

Abstract:
To improve users' satisfaction with products and enhance the efficiency of enterprises in making reasonable decisions in the scheme evaluation stage, the work aims to introduce the concept of affordance into the experience analysis stage of kitchen appliances and quantitatively assess the experience affordance of kitchen appliances and present a product experience design evaluation method based on the Kano model and the comprehensive assignment method. The user's touch-points in use of kitchen appliance were obtained through in-door research and other methods and the experience design elements were extracted and summarized across five categories of functional affordance, sensory affordance, physical affordance, cognitive affordance and emotional affordance. Secondly, with the help of the fuzzy Kano model, the evaluation indicators of design elements were quantitatively processed, screened and extracted, and the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) was used to solve the subjective weight of each design indicator and the entropy weight method was utilized to solve the objective weight, and then based on the principle of minimum discriminant information calculation of the combination of the weights, the evaluation indicator system of kitchen appliance experience affordance was obtained. Finally, the quality of the evaluation method was validated through user testing and experience evaluations of two cooking machines. This study contributes to the development of a product experience design evaluation method grounded in affordance, demonstrating its feasibility and effectiveness and providing valuable insights for evaluating and improving similar product design solutions.
