肩肘康复产品形态需求挖掘与意象评价研究

摘要:
目的 以肩肘外骨骼康复机器人为研究实例,利用贝叶斯网络分析用户情感需求与产品功能形态的关联性,结合感性工学理论挖掘特定情感下的产品形态特征。方法 收集用户对肩肘外骨骼康复产品的感性评价,提取用户情感特征词和产品功能特征词;构建基于贝叶斯网络的用户情感需求与产品功能形态关系推导模型,分析特定数据下用户情感与产品功能形态特征关系的变化情况;根据收集用户情感特征词与产品形态特征样本,对产品特征样本进行感性评价,构建产品形态意象模型,从而对特定产品外观特征进行收敛;进行产品设计实践,并验证设计方案的可行性。结果 构建了基于贝叶斯网络的用户情感需求、产品功能形态关系推导与产品形态意象评价模型,形成了用户感性需求与产品外观和功能结构之间的关联路径,阐述了满足用户情感需求的产品形态特征设计策略。结论 利用贝叶斯网络探究用户情感与产品功能形态之间的关联性,构建产品形态意象模型,精确挖掘用户特定情感下对应的产品形态特征,为开展产品情感化设计提供方向和逻辑依据,实现以用户体验需求为出发点的产品形态设计创新。

Abstract:
The work aims to take the shoulder and elbow exoskeleton rehabilitation robot as a research example to analyze the correlation between the user's emotional needs and the functional form of the product according to the Bayesian network in combination with the theory of perceptual engineering to excavate the characteristics of the product form under the specific emotion. Users' perceptual evaluations related to shoulder and elbow exoskeleton rehabilitation robots were collected, and emotional feature words of users and functional feature words of products were extracted; A Bayesian network-based derivation model of the relationship between users' emotional needs and product functional form was constructed, and the changes in the relationship between users' emotions and product functional form features under specific data were analyzed; According to the users' emotional feature words and product form feature samples collected, a product form imagery model was constructed by performing perceptual evaluations of the product features sample so as to converge the specific product appearance features; Finally, the product design was put into practice to verify the feasibility of the design scheme. A Bayesian network-based model for the derivation of the relationship between users' emotional needs, product functional form and evaluation of product form imagery was constructed, the correlation path between users' perceptual needs and product appearance and functional structure was formed, and the design strategy for product form features that satisfied users' emotional needs was elaborated. Using Bayesian network to explore the correlation between user's emotion and product's functional form, and constructing product form imagery model can more accurately excavate the product form characteristics corresponding to user's specific emotion, provide design direction and logical basis for designers to carry out product emotional design, reduce the uncertainty of the design decision-making, and realize the innovation of the product form design based on user's experience needs as the starting point.
