上班族持续使用正念减压产品的影响因素研究

摘要:
目的 探究影响上班族持续使用正念产品进行压力管理的主要因素,并为正念减压产品设计提出优化建议。方法 通过访谈法、文献研究与线上开放性问卷量表收集数据,运用SPSS工具做探索性因子分析;通过多元线性回归确定各因子的影响关系,构建上班族持续使用正念减压产品的影响因素模型。结果 交互性(Interactivity)、感知有用性(Perceived Usefulness)、感知舒适度(Perceived Comfort)、感知行为控制(Perceived Behavioral Control)是影响上班族持续使用正念减压产品的因子。基于此探索性因子分析结果,构建因子相关性系数模型,并对应数据模型提出适度具身交互塑造沉浸感、感知数据可视化增加获得感、多模态功能配置强化体验感、引导激励用户提升信念感的设计策略。结论 研究结果有利于为正念减压产品设计实践提供指导,未来还需面向不同人群和正念产品的具体品类做拓展研究。

Influencing Factors of Office Workers' Continuous Use of Mindfulness-based Stress Relief Products

Abstract:
The work aims to explore the main factors influencing office workers' continuous use of mindfulness-based products for stress relief and provide suggestions for the design of mindfulness-based stress relief products. Data were collected through interviews, literature research, and online open questionnaires. SPSS was used to conduct exploratory factor analysis, and the influencing relationship of various factors was determined by multiple linear regression. The influencing factor model of office workers' continuous use of MBSR products was built. Interactivity, perceived usefulness, perceived comfort and perceived behavioral control) were factors influencing office workers' continuous use of mindfulness- based stress relief products. Based on the results of exploratory factor analysis, a factor correlation coefficient model was constructed, and according to the data model, a design strategy was proposed, which appropriately embodied interaction- shaped immersion, increased the sense of gain by perceptual data visualization, enhanced the sense of experience by multi- modal functional configuration, and guided and encouraged users to enhance the sense of belief. The research results are conducive to providing guidance and reference for the design practice of mindfulness-based stress relief products, and further research should be conducted for different groups and specific categories of mindfulness-based products in the future.
