| 目的 基于绿色设计理念，对废旧陶瓷进行创新设计，以促进陶瓷产业的绿色可持续发展和高质量发展。方法 运用文献研究法分析当前学术研究动态和热点，通过案例分析法对现有废旧陶瓷处置手段进行梳理和归纳，寻找工业化处置和艺术化处置两种手段的痛点，提出适用于创新产品的设计优化路径，并用李克特量表、均值法对废旧陶瓷创新设计方案绿色价值满意度进行评价。结论 以绿色设计方法和绿色设计原则指导设计实践，为研究者和设计者提供一条绿色陶瓷创新再设计的有效路径。提出了一种针对陶瓷产品生命周期内处置阶段的废旧陶瓷再利用设计解决方案，通过评价论证其价值实现满意度良好，有助于提升陶瓷产品绿色生态价值，助力陶瓷产业的低碳转型和高质量发展。 |

| The work aims to carry out innovative design on waste ceramics based on the concept of green design, to promote the green and sustainable development as well as the high-quality development of the ceramic industry. The literature research method was used to analyze the current academic research trends and hotspots. Through a case study approach, existing disposal methods for waste ceramics were reviewed and summarized to identify the pain points in both industrial and artistic disposal methods. Furthermore, an optimized design path suitable for innovative products was proposed, and the green value satisfaction of the waste ceramic innovative design scheme was evaluated by the Likert scale and the mean method. Through the design practice based on green design methods and principles, this study provides an effective path of green ceramic innovation and redesign for researchers and designers. A waste ceramic reuse design scheme targeting the disposal stage within the life cycle of ceramic products is proposed, demonstrating satisfactory value realization through evaluation. This scheme contributes to enhancing the green ecological value of ceramic products and facilitating the low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the ceramic industry. |
