目的 探索基于HCD(Human-centered Design,以人为中心设计)的适老化理念在产品设计领域的运用。方法 运用HCD中的同理心(Empathy),对老年人进行观察,结合文献阅读、调研统计分析,以及典型用户访谈等方法,找寻产品痛点;运用戈登法(Gordon Method)和符号学方面的知识,对问题进行层层分解,挖掘其本质,并运用材料学领域的缓释技术,对问题进行创新性解决。结果 设计出一款适合老年人的可变色胶囊包装,该设计获得“红点设计奖”。结论 适老化设计的核心是人,不仅要强调以人为本,更要关注老年人在安全、易用、情感等方面的特殊需求。对产品问题的解决也不能仅停留在浅表层次,而需要具有透过现象看本质、挖掘问题本质的能力。学科之间的交叉与融合有利于问题的创新性解决。 |

Abstract: |
The work aims to explore the application of the elderly-oriented theory based on HCD (Human-centered Design) in product design. The Empathy in HCD was used to observe the elderly to find product pain points in combination with literature reading, statistical analysis and typical user interviews, etc. The Gordon Method and the knowledge of semiotics were used to decompose the problem layer by layer, excavate its essence, and solve the problem in an innovative way with the sustained release technology in materials science. The design of a color-changing capsule package suitable for the elderly won the "Reddot Award". The core of elderly-oriented design is human, which should not only emphasize the premise of human orientation, and but also pay more attention to the special needs of the elderly in terms of safety, usability, and emotions. The solution of product problems can not only stay at the superficial level, but also need to have the ability to see through the appearance to perceive the essence. The intersection and integration between disciplines is conducive to innovative problem solving. |
