目的 研究车载界面的适老化设计方案,提升老年用户车载人机交互界面的使用体验与安全性。方法 通过对老年用户群体的研究,总结出影响老年人使用车载界面的主要因素与使用障碍;通过用户访谈、问卷通过访谈调研获取老年用户对车载界面的设计需求,然后利用Kano模型对需求进行分类,并对设计需求的用户满意度进行计算,从而获得关键设计需求;根据计算结果,从视觉设计、交互设计两个方面提出车载人机交互界面的适老化设计方案,并采用HMI动态评价法对实践成果进行可用性测试。结论 对设计方案的可用性测试结果表明,通过研究老年人身体机能退化与社会认知障碍而进行的车载界面适老化设计,可以有效提升老年用户驾驶时使用车载界面的安全性与使用体验。 |

Abstract: |
The work aims to study the elderly-oriented design scheme of on-board interface to improve the experience and safety of elderly users in using on-board human-computer interface. The main factors and obstacles affecting the use of on-board interface by the elderly were summarized through the research on the elderly groups. Through user interviews and preliminary research, the design requirements of elderly users for on-board interface were obtained and classified by Kano model. The user satisfaction of the design requirements was calculated, so as to obtain the key design requirements. According to the relevant results, from the two aspects of visual design and interactive design, the elderly-oriented design scheme of on-board human-computer interactive interface was proposed, and HMI dynamic evaluation method was used to test the usability of practical results. The usability test results of the design scheme show that the elderly-oriented design of the on-board interface by studying the physical deterioration and social cognitive impairment of the elderly can effectively improve the safety and experience of the elderly in using the on-board interface. |
