目的 提出一套面向产品积极体验周期的设计策略。方法 运用文献研究法界定影响积极体验周期要素;运用桌面研究法搜集100件产品服务设计样本,5名设计师参与筛选出50个符合丰富产品积极体验周期的产品样本;运用焦点小组法,8名设计师分析出每个产品样本通过何种方式来丰富使用者的积极体验周期;基于积极体验周期可视化图表、GIOIA方法提取丰富产品积极体验周期的设计策略;通过设计工作坊案例实践验证设计策略的可行性与有效性。结果 提出了面向产品积极体验周期的14种设计策略,分别为:预热(情境代入、视觉期待、功能牵引)、活动(使用清晰、实时互动、情境多用、持续体验、沉浸体验、情感建构)、评估(流畅体验、满意效度)、影响(短期贡献、中期变化、长期效应)。结论 该设计策略有助于设计师有效生成丰富用户积极体验的设计概念,以提升目标用户可持续的积极体验与主观幸福感。 |

Design Strategies for Positive Experience Cycle of Product |

Abstract: |
The work aims to propose design strategies for the positive experience cycle of product. Firstly, literature research was used to define the influential factors of the positive experience cycle. Secondly, 100 product and service design samples were collected by the desk research method, and then 50 product samples were selected by 5 designers in accordance with the rich product positive experience cycle. Thirdly, supported by the focus group method, 8 designers analyzed how each product sample enriched users' positive experience cycle. Fourthly, based on both the positive experience cycle visualization chart and the GIOIA method, design strategies were extracted to enrich the positive experience cycle of product. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the design strategies were verified by design workshop. Totally, 14 design strategies were proposed, such as:preheating (scenario substitution, visual expectation, and functional traction), activities (clear use, real-time interaction, multi-purpose situation, sustainable experience, immersed experience, and emotional construction), assessment (fluency experience and satisfaction validity), impact (short-term contribution, medium- term change, and long-term effect). The design strategies are helpful for designers to effectively generate design concepts to enrich the positive experience of users and improve their sustainable positive experience and subjective wellbeing. |
