| 目的 通过构建防护辅助一体化夜间照护系统来解决现有居家照护服务中的高龄老人夜间照护难的问题。方法 采用一日追踪法、入户访谈法进行深入调研，对居家高龄老人居家活动特征、夜间行为习惯和现有家庭照护服务供给现状进行研究，筛查夜间活动风险因素，采用案例分析法探查国内外现有夜间照护实践案例，明确高龄老人居家夜间照护的服务缺口。结论 从持续照护理念出发，在ERG需求理论的指导下，探查居家高龄老人在夜间场景下，关于健康照料、防护辅助、精神慰藉三个维度下的多层次需求，提出针对老人“起夜”场景下的居家照护服务策略，并输出辅助居家高龄老人独立自理的夜间照护系统的设计实践，为实现原居安老提供新的参考路径。 |

| Abstract: |
| To design and construct an integrated protective-assistive night care system to solve the problem of night care for the oldest-old in existing home care services. The study was conducted using the one-day tracking method and household interviews to examine the characteristics of the oldest-old at home, their nocturnal behavioral habits, and the current supply of home care services, and to screen the risk factors for nighttime activities. From the perspective of the concept of continuous care, the study investigates the multiple needs of night care for the oldest-old in the home under the perspective of ERG demand theory, refines the strategies of home care services for the oldest-old in the scenario of getting up at night , and outputs innovative design practices of night care systems to assist the oldest-old to take care of themselves independently. These will provide a new reference path for realizing aging in place , which is aging in place and care at night . |
