目的 随着AR数字化信息在辅助装配领域的快速发展,能为用户提高装配效率、准确性和减少操作错误。当前AR指示符号的视觉设计尚无通用标准,如何解决AR辅助装配交互界面中指示符号的用户体验问题,成为研究重点。方法 以AR辅助机械装配的指示符号为例,采用眼动追踪实验方法对增强现实环境下辅助装配符号维度与状态进行量化分析与评估,进而提出AR环境下辅助装配指示符号设计的设计策略。结论 研究结果表明:(1)指示符号的维度和状态对指示符号的认知负荷有显著影响,动态和3D指示符号的认知负荷较大;(2)指示符号的状态对指示符号的视觉凸显性有显著影响,动态图标的视觉凸显性更强;(3)指示符号的状态对装配任务的装配效率有显著影响,动态符号的装配效率更高;(4)指示符号的状态对装配任务的装配质量有显著影响,静态指示符号引导下的任务的装配质量更高。研究结论可为AR辅助装配交互设计提供相关理论支撑,具有较好的理论和实践研究意义。 |

Influence of Augmented Reality Assembly Indicators Symbol Based on Eye Tracking |

With the rapid development of AR digital information in the field of assisted assembly, this paper aims to improve assembly efficiency, accuracy and reduce operation errors for users. However, the visual design of augmented reality assembly indicators has not standardized theoretical guidance. How to solve the user experience problem of indicators in the augmented reality assisted assembly interactive interface has become the research focus. Taking augmented reality aided mechanical assembly as an example, the dimension and state of augmented reality assembly indicators were quantitatively analyzed and evaluated based on eye tracking, and then the design strategy of augmented reality assembly indicators was proposed. The final results demonstrated that:(1) Dimension and state of augmented reality assembly indicators have significant impact on the cognitive load of indicators, and the cognitive load of dynamic and 3D indicators is larger. (2) State of augmented reality assembly indicators have significant impact on the visual prominence of indicators, and the visual prominence of dynamic indicators is stronger. (3) State of augmented reality assembly indicators have significant impact on the assembly efficiency of assembly tasks, and the assembly efficiency of dynamic indicators is higher. (4) State of augmented reality assembly indicators have significant impact on the assembly quality of assembly tasks, and the assembly quality is higher under the guidance of static indicators. The study results can be cumulative in future research, and have the theoretical value and practical meaning for augmented reality assembly indicators interaction design. |
