目的 增强现实技术是一种将虚拟信息与真实环境相融合的技术,增强装配是指将增强现实技术应用到装配领域,旨在提高装配效率与质量、降低装配培训成本。方法 对增强现实辅助装配技术进行了介绍,并对增强现实三大关键技术(跟踪配准技术、实时交互技术、虚实融合技术)及其在辅助装配系统中的实现方法进行了详细阐述,然后分类介绍了增强现实辅助装配实例,最后提出了在实际应用中面临的问题。结论 增强现实技术在辅助装配时充分发挥作用的前提是必须要有完善的装配信息模型;目前受硬件的限制,头戴式显示器只能在便携性与图形性能之间取一个平衡;增强装配引导系统的最终使用对象是工人,因此构建一个用户友好型增强装配系统十分重要。 |

Augmented reality is a technology that integrates virtual information with the real environment. Augmented assembly refers to the application of augmented reality technology to the assembly field, aiming to improve assembly efficiency and quality and reduce assembly training costs. This paper introduces the augmented reality assisted assembly technology. Three key technologies involved in augmented reality are described in detail, including tracking and registration technology, real-time interaction technology, virtual and real integration technology. And the implementation methods of technologies in the augmented assembly system are introduced. Then the examples of augmented reality assisted assembly are introduced, and finally the current problems in practical application are discussed. The premise of making full use of augmented reality technology is to have a perfect assembly information model. Currently, due to hardware limitations, head-mounted displays can only take a balance between portability and graphics performance. The final object of augmented assembly guidance system is workers, so it is very important to build a user-friendly augmented assembly system. |
