Abstract: |
This paper aims to study the packaging design strategy for geriatric drugs based on color psychology and chakra system. Through the analysis of the influence of drugs on the body, psychology and physiology of the elderly patients, the mental needs of the elderly patients under the influence of the disease were explored. Based on color psychology and its chakra system, it analyzed the influence of color on people’s emotion and physiology, determined the positive dominant color with positive influence as the main color of packaging design, and then used the color matching method of packaging design to establish a drug packaging design strategy that combines the emotional characteristics of color with the spiritual needs of elderly patients. According to the eight super colors and the chakra system, the influence of color on emotion and physiology of elderly patients was analyzed, thus the positive dominant color corresponding to the disease was obtained. The positive color energy of drug packaging can give positive hints and guidance in the emotional, physiological and spiritual aspects of the elderly patients, so as to relieve the emotional and soothe psychological effects, improve the added value of drugs, and reflect the humanistic care of the pharmaceutical enterprises and packaging designers for the elderly patients. |
