| 目的 为解决特色小镇存在的文化内核缺失、服务体系不健全、游客体验感差等问题，从叙述视角理论出发，探究特色小镇服务和叙事设计的内在联系，并总结特色小镇服务的叙事设计策略。方法 根据用于自传叙事连贯性分析的巴克雷模型，建立特色小镇服务的叙事约束方程式，并将其作为普遍适用的叙述文本设计策略。通过分析自我叙事中的叙述视角理论和特色小镇不同服务类型的特点，发现将叙述视角理论用于指导特色小镇服务设计具有可行性。并以嘉善巧克力小镇为案例，通过对比不同叙述视角下，巧克力制造中心的用户体验，验证其应用价值。结论 不同的特色小镇的服务类型，对应不同的叙述视角的设计理念与叙述文本的设计策略，能有效提高特色小镇的服务水平，有助于探索新的设计方向，对特色小镇服务系统设计具有启示意义。 |

| Service Design of Characteristic Towns from Narrative Perspective |

| Abstract: |
| The work aims to explore the internal connection between the characteristic town service and the narrative design from the perspective of narrative theory, and summarize the narrative design strategy of the characteristic town service, in order to solve the problems such as the lack of cultural core, imperfect service system and weak sense of tourists’ experience in characteristic towns. According to the Barclay model used to analyze the coherence of autobiographical narrative, the narrative constraint equation of the characteristic town service wasestablished as a universal narrative text design strategy. By analyzing the theory of narrative perspective in the autobiographical narrative and the features of different services in the characteristic town, it was feasible to apply the narrative perspective theory to guide the service design of characteristic town. With Jiashan chocolate as a case, the application value was verified by comparing the user experiences in chocolate manufacturing centerfrom different narrative perspectives. Different service types of characteristic towns correspond to the design concept and narrative text design strategy fromdifferent narrative perspectives, which can effectively improve the service level of characteristic towns, explore new design directions, and provide enlightenment for the design of service system of characteristic towns. |
