基于荷兰老年人社会关系结构特征的用户角色构建

摘要:
目的 从社会关系的视角分析老年人的差异化特征,定义与老年人的社交需求相关的用户特征,输出典型的用户角色类型、用户角色构建框架,指导老年人社交类产品的设计,促进社会的健康老龄化。方法 以荷兰当地的十一名68~72岁的老年人为研究对象,通过结构化访谈了解老年人的日常生活和社会关系结构,通过质性分析定义一组与老年社交产品设计相关的用户角色特征要素。结论 得出基于血缘、地缘和业缘(趣缘)关系的三种用户角色类型,包括家人依赖型、朋友陪伴型和事业兴趣型老年人;定义了一组与识别老年人社交需求相关的用户特征要素,形成了用户角色构建框架。典型用户角色类型、用户角色构建框架有助于协助设计研究人员识别老年人的社会关系和社交需求,从而设计出更匹配老年人需求的社交产品。

Framework of Persona Based on the Structural Characteristics of Older Adults’ Social Networks

Abstract:
The work aims to analyze the differential characteristics of the older adults from the perspective of social relationship and define the persona related to the older adults’ social demands to output typical personas, construct persona framework, guide design of older adults’ social products and promote the social healthy aging. With 11 Dutch older adults aged 68-72 as the research objects, their daily life and social networks were recorded through structural interview. A group of persona characteristics related to social product design for older adults was defined by qualitative analysis. Three personas, including family relationship-driven, friendship-driven and work relationship-driven of older adults based on their social networks were identified. Agroup of persona characteristics recognizing the social demands of older adults was defined to construct the persona framework. Typical personas and persona framework are helpful for design researchers to identify the social relations and social demands of the older adults, so as to design social products that better match the demands of the older adults.
