目的 提出并验证一种基于用户积极体验的产品概念设计生成画布。方法 以文献研究为基础,通过理论分析法对积极体验进行概念界定;通过案例研究法与对比分析法,对概念设计画布与积极情绪粒度卡进行分析,构建基于积极体验的概念设计画布;通过实践验证法,以儿童水彩笔的设计为例,对积极体验的概念设计画布进行验证。结论 本文提出了基于积极体验的概念设计画布,内容包括个人简介、积极情绪、意义、技能、材料和概念故事六个部分,操作流程包括:通过半结构化的访谈方式,以用户选取的积极情绪为导向,从意义、技能和材料三个方面收集关键信息,生成用户概念故事,进行积极的概念设计。这有助于设计师标准化和快速化地捕捉到用户积极设计的机会点。 |

Construction of Conceptual Design Canvas Based on Positive Experience |

Abstract: |
The paper aims to propose and verify a product conceptual design canvas based on positive experience of user. Supported by reviewing of the existing literature, the concept of positive experience was defined via theoretical analysis. The conceptual design canvas and granularity of positive emotion were analyzed via the case study and comparative analysis. The conceptual design canvas based on positive experience was verified by practical testing method with design of children's watercolor pen as an example. The conceptual design canvas based on positive experience is proposed, including six parts, which are personal profile, positive emotion, meaning, skill, material, conceptual story. Operational process is taking positive emotion as the guidance in semi-structured interview to collect important information from the aspects of meaning, skill, material to create user’s conceptual story, so as to do positive conceptual design. This study can assist designer to capture design opportunities standard rapidly and effectively. |
