目的 结合TRIZ创新理论,围绕目前电饭煲产品中防虫这一难题进行课题攻关,探索家电领域中,工程师在有限时间内突破惯性思维得到解决方案。方法 运用TRIZ中的功能分析和因果链分析对设计过程中的问题进行规范化描述;运用矛盾求解和物场分析等工具得到创新方案。结论 通过将上述方法作为技术突破手段,一方面,在课题攻关过程中产生可行方案,另一方面将方案纳入点子库作为创新指引为其他产品研发提供参考。 |

The work aims to focus on the insect-prevention problem of rice cooker products based on the TRIZ theory to explore the method in the field of household appliances to help engineers break through inertial thinking in a limited time to get solutions. Functional analysis and causal chain analysis in TRIZ were used to describe the problems in the design process in a standardized manner. Innovative schemes were obtained with such tools as contradiction solving and substance-field analysis. With the above-mentioned method as a technological breakthrough means, on the one hand, a feasible solution is generated in the process of researching the subject, and on the other hand, the scheme is incorporated into the idea library as a guide for innovation to provide reference for other product research and development. |
