某新型导弹包装箱-箱架联吊动力学仿真分析

摘要:
目的 研究某新型导弹包装箱-箱架系统的动力学响应。方法 建立包装箱-箱架系统的动力学模型,利用有限元分析方法对其进行联吊工况下的瞬态动力学分析,并通过试制样件进行联吊工况的试验。结果 通过仿真分析得到了箱架系统起吊过程中各部位处的应力结果。在包装箱-箱架以1×4,2×2等2种堆码方式起吊时箱架系统的最大应力分别为78 MPa和158 MPa,以1×4堆码方式起吊时箱架系统的最大应力水平明显低于2×2堆码方式起吊时的最大应力水平;2种工况下起吊的最大应力明显小于材料的屈服强度。结论 箱架系统以2.5g的冲击联吊载荷起吊时结构不会发生强度破坏。包装箱在进行吊装试验后,包装箱外形结构完好,无破损,无裂纹,无影响使用的永久性变形。

Dynamic Simulation of a New Structure Missile Packing Box-frame

Abstract:
This paper aims to study the dynamic response of a new structure missile packing box-frame. A dynamic model of packing box-frame was established. Finite element (FE) and experimental approaches were applied to analyze the transient dynamics under the combined lifting condition. The stress results of the missile packing box-frame were obtained. The maximum stress of the box-frame system when lifting by 1×4 stacking and 2×2 stacking modes was 78 MPa and 158 MPa respectively. The maximum stress level box-frame system when lifting by 1×4 stacking mode was significantly lower than the maximum stress level when lifting by 2×2 stacking mode. The maximum stress in the process of lifting was obviously less than the yield stress of the material under these cases. When the system was lifted under 2.5g hoisting load, the structure not suffered from strength failure. The outer structure of the packing box-frame is intact without damage, crack or permanent deformation after lifting.
