| 目的 以系统创新和服务设计视角重构社区支持农业的服务体系，为社区支持农业在国内的转型和可持续发展提供新思路。方法 研究社区支持农业的现有服务模式，提取社区支持农业服务体系的特征，剖析在当前国内社会背景下面临的诸多问题，结合当前物联网新技术、平台化运营思维和服务一体化的新时代背景，从系统创新3要素，即用户、利益相关者和生产者的角度出发，通过注入服务设计理念重构社区支持农业服务体系的信任关系，挖掘社区支持农业利益相关者之间的潜在联系，系统整合社区支持农业利益相关者和自身资源。结论 在3个系统要素的基础上提出了有针对性的社区支持农业服务系统创新策略，重构了社区支持农业的服务模式，对社区支持农业的进一步发展具有实际的启示意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| The work aims to reconstruct community supported agriculture service system from the perspective of system innovation and service design to provide new ideas for the transformation and sustainable development of community supported agriculture. The existing service model of community supported agriculture was studied. The characteristics of community sup-ported agriculture service system were extracted, and many problems faced in the current domestic social background were ana-lyzed. Combined with the background of new era integrated with new Internet of Things technology, platform operation thinking and services, from the perspective of three elements of systematic innovation: users, stakeholders and producer, through the injection of service design concept, the trust relationship of community supported agriculture service system was reconstructed, the potential relationship between community supported agriculture stakeholders was excavated, and the community supported agriculture stakeholders and their own resources were systematically integrated. On the basis of three system elements, the innovative strategy of targeted community supported agriculture service system is proposed, and the community supported agriculture service mode is reconstructed, which has practical implications for the further development of community supported agriculture. |
