| 目的 从设计预防犯罪的角度出发，以城市公共交通内的盗窃类犯罪预防为目标，提出城市公共交通内财产型犯罪预防设计方法。方法 通过深入分析城市公共交通内盗窃犯罪的主体、客体、环境等构成要素，以及城市公共交通内犯罪的特点，运用犯罪机会控制法和时空关联预防法进行分析研究。结论 提出了针对城市公共交通内以盗窃为主的财产型犯罪预防设计方法，以西安市某路公交车为例，运用提出的犯罪预防设计方法进行设计验证，为城市公共交通犯罪预防的设计和研究提供了可供借鉴的思路和方法。 |

| The work aims to propose the design method for prevention of property crime in urban public transportation, from the perspective of designing crime prevention, and aiming at the prevention of theft crimes in urban public transportation. Through in-depth analysis on the subjects, objects, environment and other elements of the theft crimes in urban public transportation, as well as the characteristics of crimes in urban public transportation, the crime opportunity control method and the space-time correlation prevention method were used for analysis and research. The design method for property crime prevention regarding theft in urban public transportation was proposed. Taking the bus of a certain route in Xi'an as an example, the proposed crime prevention design method was used for design verification, which provided referential ideas and methods for the design and research of crime prevention in urban public transportation. |
