基于真实载荷的托架瞬态分析及优化

摘要:
目的 研究托架在称量传感器标定过程中的应力、变形情况。方法 采用有限元分析技术对称量传感器标定过程进行仿真模拟,研究托架在称量传感器标定过程中的应力、变形情况,并对有限元分析结果进行验证。结果 通过对仿真结果分析发现了称量传感器标定装置托架应力集中部位。结论 优化设计时对应力集中部位进行了圆角化,使得托架强度和刚度得到了较大的提高。

Transient Analysis and Optimization of Brackets Based on Real Load

Abstract:
The paper aims to study stress and deformation of bracket during calibration of the weighing sensor. The finite element analysis technique was adopted to simulate the calibration process of the symmetric weight sensor. The stress and deformation of the bracket during calibration of the weighing sensor were studied, and the finite element analysis results of the bracket were verified. Through analysis on the simulation results, the stress concentration part of the bracket of the load cell calibration device was found. The optimized design is used to round the stress concentration part of the bracket. As a result, the strength and rigidity of the bracket are greatly improved.
