| 目的 针对用户对现金贷APP的安全需要进行研究，优化现金贷APP的设计方法，使现金贷APP更好地满足用户的安全需要，从而吸引更多用户，提升用户粘度。 方法 首先，采用文献研究、问卷调查、用户访谈等方法，总结用户安全需要的主要影响因素。其次，对比国内主流的现金贷APP的设计方案，分析它们各自的特点，提出基于用户安全需要的现金贷APP设计方法。最后，根据所提出的设计方法对现金贷APP的关键页面进行设计，并且邀请相关专业人士对设计方案进行评估，验证这种设计方法的可行性与有效性。 结论 基于用户安全需要提出的现金贷APP设计方法可以更好地满足用户需求，优化用户体验，增强用户粘度，提升产品的市场竞争力。 |

| It aims to research users' security needs of cash loan APP, to optimize the design method of cash loan APP, and make the APP more satisfy users' security needs, thereby attracting more users and increasing their viscosity. First, literature research, questionnaires, user interviews and other methods were adopted to summarize the main influencing factors of users' security needs. Secondly, design of domestic mainstream cash loan APPs were compared to analyze their characteristics, and present a design method for cash loan APP based on users' security needs. Finally, key pages of the cash loan APP were designed, and some professionals were invited to evaluate the design plan and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method. The design method of cash loan APP based on users’ security needs can better meet user needs, optimize user experience, increase their viscosity, and further enhance the market competitiveness of the product. |
