| 目的 尝试将可持续理念和服务设计理念运用于养老社区服务，对当代养老社区服务系统进行创新。方法 分析归纳现有养老社区所存在的问题，基于行为观察、用户旅程等工具，得出老年人的需求、行为特征和痛点，寻找设计可介入的机会点及相关策略。结论 基于老年人在饮食、医疗、娱乐的行为特征，提出“食植”模式的设计策略，挖掘和整合3个方面的价值与资源，依此给出以老年人行为可持续为基础的养老社区服务创新实践案例和评估，对当代养老社区服务系统的建设具有实际的启示意义。 |

| The work aims to attempt to apply the sustainable concept and service design in the pension community service, and innovate the contemporary community service system for the elderly. The problems of existing pension community were analyzed and summarized. Based on such tools as behavioral observation and user's journey, the needs, behavior characteristics and pain points of the elderly were obtained to look for opportunities and related strategies that could be involved in the design. Based on the behavior characteristics of the elderly in diet, medical treatment and entertainment, the design strategy of "food planting" mode is put forward, and the value and resources from three aspects are excavated and integrated. According to this, the innovative practice case and evaluation of pension community service based on the sustainable behavior of the elderly are given, which has practical enlightening significance for the construction of contemporary community service system for the elderly. |
