| 目的 为天津非物质文化遗产中传统手工艺传承发展提出新的建议，打破现有部分传统手工技艺仍利用传统图书馆保存的单一保护方式，从生产性保护的角度，结合传统保存与现代保护相结合的方式，挖掘随活态传承渐变下的动态生产性保护模式。方法 客观分析天津现有传统手工技艺的发展情况，将活态传承与生产性保护有效衔接，从创意重构中重建消费者的认同感，利用可持续保护建立开放流通方式，在市场及品牌构建中发展产业化层级销售方式。最后，将天津传统手工技艺进行分类研究，探求具有针对性的生产性保护策略。结论 从动态变化的角度分析了天津非物质文化遗产中传统手工艺在新时代的新要求，并针对其动态变化信息为其进行有效的生产性保护衔接，总结了天津传统手工技艺保存与保护的可靠模式，为天津文化创意产业、旅游业发展提出了有效建议，促进了传统手工艺活态传承与社会经济的共同发展。 |

| Protection of Traditional Handicraft Production Based on the Living Heritage of Tianjin Intangible Cultural Heritage |

| The work aims to propose new suggestions on the inheritance and development of traditional handicrafts in Tianjin's intangible cultural heritage, break the situation that part of the existing traditional handicrafts still use the single protection mode preserved by the traditional library, and dig out the dynamic productive protection mode with the gradual change of living heritage from the perspective of productive protection, combined with the traditional preservation and modern protection. The development of existing traditional handicrafts in Tianjin was objectively analyzed to effectively connect living heritage with productive protection, rebuild consumers' identity from creative reconstruction, establish open circulation mode with sustainable protection, and develop industrial level sales mode in the market and brand building. Finally, the traditional handicrafts in Tianjin were classified and studied to explore targeted productive protection strategies. The new requirements of traditional handicrafts in Tianjin's intangible cultural heritage in the new era are analyzed from the perspective of dynamic change, and the productive protection of the traditional handicrafts is effectively linked up based on their dynamic change information. The reliable mode of preservation and protection of traditional handicrafts in Tianjin is summarized to put forward effective suggestions on the de-velopment of Tianjin's cultural creative industry and tourism, and promote the joint development of traditional handicrafts’ living heritage and social economy. |
