基于全链路用户体验路径的无人商店创新设计研究

摘要:
目的 基于消费者全链路的行为路径研究,进行无人商店的用户体验、智能服务的规划与设计研究。方法 对现有的无人商店的用户体验进行分析,以某知名信息科技企业无人商店试验项目为例,研究消费者在无人商店情境下的用户消费场景、体验路径和个性化购物行为等,从体验和技术多角度探索如何实现全链路用户体验创新。结论 将用户无序的购物行为,转化成有序可视的全链路体验方案,通过完成一个无人商店的用户体验和设计实施过程,为未来全链路用户体验设计提供方法参考。

Abstract:
The work aims to plan and study the user experience and intelligent service of unmanned store based on the behavior path of whole chains of consumers. The user experience in existing unmanned store was analyzed and the experiment of unmanned store of some famous information and technology enterprise was taken as the example to investigate consumption scene, experience path and personalized shopping of consumers in the unmanned store and explore how to realize the whole chains k user experience innovation from experience, technology and other perspectives. The users' disorderly behavior is converted into orderly visual link scheme which provides reference methods for future whole chains user experience design by implementing the user experience and design of an unmanned store.
