| 目的 为解决医疗照明系统设计中，用户需求复杂、零散，提炼用户需求要点存在困难，不能分析用户潜在需求等难题。方法 通过调研医疗照明系统的用户，以及利用数据分析手段对系统内部零散的用户需求进行因子分析和聚类分析法。结论 通过因子聚类可以科学、严禁地确立智能医疗照明系统的用户需求，从而提高系统的可用性和易用性。 |

| The work aims to solve the problems that user needs are complex and scattered, it is difficult to refine the main points of user needs and the potential user needs cannot be analyzed in the design of medical lighting system. Through the inves-tigation of medical lighting system users, the data analysis method was used for the factor analysis and clustering analysis on the scattered user needs in the system. The factor clustering can scientifically and strictly establish the user need of intelligent medical lighting system, so as to improve the usability and ease of use of the system. |
