| 摘要: |
| 目的 从移动互联网视域下对孕产妇移动健康需求进行分析，研究其服务创新实践过程中的特征与趋势。方法 从产品提供、医疗问诊导向、孕产妇交流互助、孕产妇健康自诊4个方面，探讨分析了孕产妇健康领域典型的服务案例的特征与趋势。提出该领域服务设计的创新机会，并以实际的设计方案论证了相关策略的可行性。结论 基于移动互联网技术的服务创新，为孕产妇健康领域的服务设计提供了诸多契机，为孕产妇领域的健康服务设计提供了可借鉴的依据和参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| It aims to analyze the mobile health needs of pregnant women from the perspective of mobile Internet, and study the characteristics and trends of service innovation practice. It analyzes the characteristics and trends of typical service cases in the field of maternal health from four aspects: product provision, medical consultation orientation, maternal mutual aid and maternal health self-diagnosis. It puts forward the innovation opportunity of service design in this field, and demonstrates the feasibility of the relevant strategy with the actual design scheme. Based on the service innovation of mobile Internet technology, a lot of opportunities, reference and reference are provided for the service design of the maternal health field. |
