开车时使用手机的行为研究

摘要:

目的深入理解人们在开车时使用手机的动机与需求。方法通过定性研究的方法，在北京和广州两个城市组织焦点小组，对不同性别、驾龄的48名用户的行为和动机进行分析。结论全部受访者都存在边开车边接打电话的行为。担心错过重要的电话，或是担心被认为无礼使得开车时接打电话成为人们的刚性需求。相较而言，女性比男性，短驾龄的人比长驾龄的人更倾向于采取谨慎的策略来降低安全风险。现有的车载系统和蓝牙方案都不能有效满足用户的需求，因此，除了安全的考虑外，舒适、便捷和隐私都需要加以改善，以提供更好的用户体验。

Abstract:

It aims to understand the motive and needs of using mobile phones while driving. A qualitative approach is applied in Beijing and Guangzhou with 6 focus groups of a total of 48 participants to understand the motive and needs of such a behavior. Using mobile phones while driving is a kind of necessity and all the participants did that. They are afraid of missing important calls or being regarded as rude if they didn't take an incoming call. Female tends to take more cautions than males when picking up a call. So as participants with less driving experience vs. those with plenty experience. What's more, current in-car hands-free system and Bluetooth approaches indeed fail to meet users' need. Therefore, in addition to security considerations, comfort, convenience and privacy need to be improved to provide a better user experience.
