| 摘要: |
| 目的 为老年人智能手机APP用户界面设计提供有益的方法借鉴。方法 采用Kano模型，对APP用户界面设计属性进行分类，区分出设计属性中的魅力属性、期望属性、基本属性、无关属性和逆向属性，结合用户满意度提升指数SII与用户不满意度降低指数DDI，有针对性地对老年人智能手机APP用户界面进行设计，最大程度地提高老年人对智能手机APP用户界面的满意度。结论 Kano模型能很好地运用于老年人智能手机APP用户界面设计上，更有效率地提高老年人对APP用户界面的满意度。 |

| It aims to provide useful reference for designing the elderly smart phone APP user interface. Attractive quality, one-dimensional quality, must be-quality, indifferent quality and reverse quality is confirmed by defining the design qualities based on Kano model. With the combination of satisfaction increment index and dissatisfaction decrement index, the elderly's satisfaction is largely improved by more targeted design for the elderly smart phone APP user interface. Kano can not only be applied successfully on the design of the elderly's smart phone APP user interface but also improve the elderly's satisfaction efficiently. |
