高频RFID标签天线丝网印刷工艺

摘要:
目的 研究不同丝网印刷工艺对RFID 标签性能的影响,得到最优丝网印刷工艺条件组合。方法 研究印刷速度、刮印压力、刮印角度、固化条件等参数变化对天线性能参数的影响。结果 当刮刀速度为50~70 m/min 时,天线的阻抗稳定,印刷成品质量好,天线的可识别距离最大;刮印压力的最优值为100 N/m 左右,刮刀角度应大于40°,固化温度大于110 ℃,固化时间应在20~40 min 之间。结论 标签阻抗随刮刀速度呈现U 形变化,而最大识别距离呈现相反趋势;标签阻抗随刮刀压力和刮刀角度均成U形变化趋势;天线阻抗随着固化时间和固化温度的升高而降低,最大识别距离呈现相反趋势。

Abstract:
The work aims to study the influence of different screen printing processes on the performance of RFID tag, so as to obtain the combination of optimal screen printing process conditions. The effects of the scraper blade with different speed, pressure, angle and curing conditions on properties of RFID tag antenna were tested. The better quality of RFID tag antenna was obtained when scraper blade speed was between 50~70 m/min, pressure around 100 N/m, angle larger than 40°, curing temperature larger than 110 ℃ and curing time between 20~40 min. The results showed that the antenna' s impedance took on an U-shape variation tendency with speed, pressure and angle of scraper blade. The recognizable distance performed opposite. The antenna' s impedance decreased with curing time and temperature. However, the recognizable distance showed an opposite tendency.
