服务设计的文化维度

摘要:
目的 研究服务设计中的文化差异因素。方法 引入符号环境、文化信息系统符号化差异的概念,引入不同符号的文化圈各自吸取对方的符号及其含义作为自己符号与意义系统的补充的过程阐述,符号系统及其价值体系,是构成不同文化群体的文化信息系统的基础。结论 区域文化的形成与改变源于环境的改变和人们行为的改变,即文化的进程就是人为事物、环境与群体的行为相互作用的进程,这是一个与时俱进的迭代过程。技术和商业终究超越不了“人的尊严”,服务设计基于知识经济的语境,而知识经济的核心价值在于知识源。

Abstract:
It aims to study the cultural difference in service design. The cultural difference can be regarded as the difference of the symbolic environment, that is, the symbolic difference of the cultural information system. cultural circles using different symbol systems learn from each to be a supplement to their own symbol system. Symbol system and value system has become the foundation of cultural information system in different cultural groups. Regional culture come from the change of people's behavioral and environmental change, which is the process of cultural environment and artificial things, the behavior of the interaction process, this is an iterative process. Technology and business can not go beyond the "human dignity", service design is based on the context of technology economy, and the core value of the knowledge economy is innovation of knowledge.
