目的 提高包装机械热封机构的温度控制精度,以保证包装效率和产品质量。方法 针对包装塑料薄膜热封的温度控制,基于单神经元自适应PID控制算法设计一种自动包装机热封温度控制系统。介绍自动包装机热封的基本原理,阐述单神经元自适应PID控制算法的基本原理,并设计一种温度控制器。基于模糊集理论,实现控制器比例、积分和微分系数学习速率的在线调整。基于ARM Cortex-M3和PIC单片机搭建自动包装机热封温度控制系统。 结果 将该热封温度控制系统应用于自动包装机中,可以将热封温度误差控制在合理的范围内。结论 通过仿真验证了文中所述自动包装机热封温度控制系统稳定性较好,具有一定的抗干扰、自适应、自调整能力。 |

Abstract: |
The work aims to improve the temperature control accuracy of heat sealing mechanism in packaging machine so as to guarantee the packing efficiency and product quality. A temperature control system for heat sealing in automatic packing machine was designed based on single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm. The basic principle of automatic packing machine heat sealing was introduced. The basic theory of single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm was expounded and a temperature controller was designed. Meanwhile the learning rate of proportion, integral and differential coefficient could be adjusted online based on the fuzzy set theory. The temperature control system for heating sealing mechanism of automatic packaging machine was constructed based on ARM Cortex-M3 and PIC. The heat sealing temperature control system was applied to automatic packing machine and its temperature error could be controlled in a reasonable range. The simulation experiment verifies that the heat sealing automatic packing machine temperature control system described in this paper has good stability as well as anti-jamming, adaptive, self-adjustment ability. |
