| 目的 提供体验经济背景和产业转型思潮下国内家具工业旅游资源开发和运营的创新思路。 方法介绍台南家具产业博物馆发展背景与开发现状，运用 SWOT 分析法解读成功的体验式台南家具产业博物馆工业旅游的优势、劣势、机会及威胁。 结论 提出体验经济背景下台南家具产业博物馆工业旅游拓展营销渠道和潜在客源市场的发展对策，结合国内家具工业旅游现有开发模式，得出从政府职能、体验主题、软环境、资源整合 4 个方面来改善和构建国内家具工业旅游的启示。 |

| It provides new ideas of resources development and operation for domestic furniture industrial tourism under the background of experience economy and the trend of industrial transformation. It introduces development background and development situation of Furniture manufacturing eco museum in Tainan and analyzes the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of its experiential industrial tourism model. It puts forward the development strategy that the museum should expand marketing channels and potential customers in the experience economy and it draws some revelations that domestic furniture industry tourism can improve and build itself from functions of the government, experience subjects, soft environment and resources integration combined with domestic present models. |
