| 摘要: |
| 目的 解决大多数中小纺机企业在产品研发过程中面临的资金短缺、 技术薄弱、 设计欠缺、 人才匮乏、 资源不足等问题。方法 以协同创新理论和产学研合作为基本思路， 结合工业设计的创新概念进行研究。结论 构建中小纺机企业工业设计服务中心有其可行性， 这种能为中小纺机企业提供一体化服务的工业设计服务模式有利于企业的转型升级， 对提高企业和产品的竞争力也有促进作用。 |

| It aims to solve the problem of the lack of resource，technology， design and talent during the product development processes of most small and medium-sized textile machinery enterprises. Based on collaborative innovation theory and CEEUSRO，the innovative concepts of industrial design are studied. Construction of small and medium-sized textile enterprises industrial design service center has its feasibility，this can be for small and medium-sized textile enterprises provide the important methods for transformation and upgrading of textile machinery enterprises and improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises and products，to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and products. |
