| 目的 模块化瓦楞纸家具系列产品设计。方法 从纸质家具的发展史出发， 研究了瓦楞纸的分类、 瓦楞纸家具的定义以及瓦楞纸家具的特点， 并引入模块化设计等相关概念， 分析了模块化设计的优势及模块划分的原则和注意事项， 设计出几种专用模块和通用模块， 模块的不同组合形式可得到不同的家具造型。结论 瓦楞纸家具模块的设计要遵循功能独立和结构独立的原则。将模块化设计方法应用于瓦楞纸家具的设计提高了纸板家具的可拆装和重复利用等方面的性能， 降低了生产成本， 便于家具的批量化生产， 可实现家具企业的利益最大化。 |

| Abstract: |
| The design of modular corrugated cardboard furniture series products. Starting from the history of cardboard furniture， it researches the classification of corrugated cardboard， the definition of corrugated cardboard furniture and the characteristics of corrugated cardboard furniture.Besides， it introduces modular design and other related concepts and analyze the advantages of modular design and principle and attention of module partition.Then， it designs a few of special modules and general modules that obtain different furniture with different combination.The design of corrugated cardboard furniture needs to follow functional independence and structure independence.Appling modular design to corrugated cardboard furniture will improve the function of dismounting and reuse， reduce production cost， be easy to batch production， and realize maximization of furniture enterprise benefit. |
