| 摘要: |
| 目的 在高校教育改革的背景下， 以服务设计的理念与方法创建创新型高校图书馆。方法 以同济大学图书馆、 上海财经大学图书馆的服务设计实践为切入点， 分析了概念的形成和设计的过程， 介绍了所运用的服务设计的工具， 并展现了最终的设计成果。结论 指出了服务设计应用于创新型高校图书馆需要和高校教育改革方向与图书馆的发展目标紧密结合， 从使用者的需求出发， 将使用者、 互动、 空间整合成服务系统， 并针对不同的服务内容和设计阶段， 灵活应用服务设计的工具和方法。服务设计的应用将对高校图书馆的转型与发展拓展更多的可能。 |

| Abstract: |
| In line with university transformation，the innovative university library is built by the concept and methods of service design. Based on the service design projects in Tongji University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics，it analyzes the concept formation and design process，introduces the efficient professional tools and demonstrates the final design achievements.Service design is a user-centric design experience so it must create a closely interactive environment to integrate the users， the behaviors and the space.In order to pursue higher design performance， more cross-function and comprehensive design tools have to be considered to achieve visual，functional and technical design targets. |
