城市公共空间无障碍设施设计人文化研究

摘要:

目的基于人文的新视角来研究城市公共空间无障碍设施设计。方法以天津市五大道历史文化街区为具体研究载体，从系统性、人性化、文化性三大方面深入探讨城市公共空间无障碍设施设计策略。结论创建无障碍环境必须基于城市的系统无障碍设计原则，将无障碍设施设计纳入城市建设规划管理体系，并从设计上符合城市或地区的整体风貌，这对创建无障碍城市环境具有重要意义。

Human and Culture of Accessible Facilities Design of Urban Public Space

Abstract:

It aims to research on accessible facilities design of urban public space based on the perspective of human and culture. It tries to analyze the design strategies of accessible facilities design in terms of systemic， human-oriented and cultural aspects etc. based on Tianjin the fifth avenue historical and cultural district. To create a barrier free environment must be based on the systematical urban accessible facilities design， incorporating the design of accessible facilities into the urban planning management system， and in accordance with the overall style of the city or region， which plays an important role to create barrier free urban environment.
