| 摘要: |
| 目的 为了构建环境友好型的生产方式和消费模式， 基于创新设计理念研究Al膜技术方法并制备镀铝瓦楞纸板， 进行概念家具设计和家具创新设计的探索。方法 采用直流磁控溅射沉积Al膜和纸基Al膜形成的关键技术， 制备出优质高性能环保型镀铝瓦楞纸板作为家具设计的新型原材料。探索镀铝瓦楞纸板概念家具的设计思路以及镀铝瓦楞纸板与其他材料结合的模块化组合家具设计。结论 研究拓展了设计知识获取的途径， 提出了概念生成的辅助工具， 为产品的创新设计、 开发评估提供了良好的支持。 |

| In order to build an environment-friendly way of production and consumption patterns， based on innovative design concept study on Al membrane technology method and the preparation of Al corrugated board， the concept of furniture design and innovation furniture design are explored. By DC magnetron sputtering deposition of Al film and paper based Al film forming key technology， the high quality high performance and environmentally friendly aluminum plating corrugated board is prepared as new raw materials of furniture design of. It explores the concept of Al corrugated cardboard furniture design ideas and Al corrugated board and other materials combined with modular combination furniture design. In order to improve plating aluminum corrugated board applied and practical popularization value， the functional， beautiful fashion， exotically concept of Al corrugated cardboard furniture are produced to meet the increasing production and living needs of consumers. |
