目的 对解明了在服务经济主导范式下, 服务设计研究中 “产品” 与 “服务” 的差异; 以 “服务” 为研究对象的 “服务设计”、“服务的设计” 及 “为服务而设计” 几个不同称谓的内涵和差异; 以及服务的层次和服务的本质。方法 采用文献研究方法分析服务设计研究中的几个关键问题。结论 服务设计的目标是构建一种关系, 在以服务为主导的新设计范式下, 目前服务设计相关研究主要有服务科学、产品服务系统和服务工学三大特色领域。对服务定义、 服务层次的理解有助于厘清服务设计的本质,这正是服务设计研究进一步发展的关键。 |

Abstract: |
It clarifies the differences between "product" and "service" in the service design,the meanings of such research topics as "service design","design of service","design for service" taking "service" as the research object,and the layers and nature of service in the paradigm of service economy. Several key issues in service design are analyzed using literature research methods. The goal of service design is to construct a kind of relation. In the paradigm of service dominant design,there currently exists three typical research fields about service design research,including service science,product service systems and service engineering. It is crucial for service design to analyze the definition and level of service,which is the key to develop service design. |
